Applications Open For Wide Days Artist Development Programme in Scotland

The programme is supported by PRS Foundation, and aims to develop international opportunities for six acts based in Scotland, and is taking applications up to Monday 5 July.

Wide Days is open to solo musicians, bands, songwriters and producers/DJs based in Scotland who make original music.

It offers a professionally filmed live show which will be broadcast as part of the hybrid Wide Days convention on 12-13 August, as well as a package of mentoring and promotional support.

The mentoring will include two day-long workshops, including a professional photo shoot and video interview, and experts covering topics such as collection societies (PRS, PPL and MCPS), social media, law, preparing for industry events and health.

Acts will also be given bespoke mentoring from a relevant industry expert following the showcase.
