MU to Present Award at 2022 Scottish Trad Music Awards

​The MU are delighted to support the 2022 Scots Trad Music Awards and present the award for ‘Venue of the Year’ at the events 20th anniversary in December.

Known as the Folk Oscars, the 2022 MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards will feature performances from some of Scotland’s leading Scottish musicians and singers, including; Trip, The Auldeners Big Band, Eryn Rae, Winner of 2022 BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year, Fara and Tayside Young Fiddlers in partnership with St Roch’s Irish Minstrels, as well as many other Scottish traditional musician luminaries.
