The Trade Union Congress (TUC) have published a 15-minute primer on everything you need to know to set up a meeting with your employer and get the conversation going a green transition in the lead up to COP26 in Glasgow this year.

As Glasgow prepares to host COP26 – an annual meeting where countries negotiate international agreements on climate change – with greater urgency needed than ever to halt global warming at 1.5C, it’s an important time for workplaces to be discussing how they can kick-start a green transition.

This short guide created by TUC was initially intended for workplace reps, but is a useful tool for everyone concerned about the climate crisis. It will help you plan your first steps to climate-proofing your workplace: arranging a meeting with your employer and getting workers involved, so you can kick-start a green transition in your workplace that benefits everyone.
