About Wong Cool

Professionally trained in the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts's reknowned Junior Music Programme from 1990 to 1996, Sheung-yuen has acquired LRSM and LTCL before proceeding to university education in University of Michigan, Ann Anbor in Mathematics and Statistics. Sheung-yuen has been an accomplished accompanist during school years, joined as student accompanist of the Hong Kong Children's Choir in 1993, 1994 and 1996's concert tours to perform in over 50 concerts in USA and Canada.
Subsequently, while being a public officer in the Hong Kong Government since 1999, he remained active as a piano teacher and accompanist as a side hussle, including being one of the founders and accompanist of Brio Singers in 2008-2018, which conducted several concerts in various occasions and venues in both Mainland China and Hong Kong regularly.
Upon migrating to UK and resided in Acton, Ealing since early 2024, Sheung-yuen looks forward to reorient his focus and align his professional interest in the music sector as a piano teacher and accompanist.
